@IPCC FRAUDS investigations AGAIN Protecting Police Officers
Falsified Fabricated Forensics was told to IPCC.
Does this Make Any Sense at all.
Police were not to blame for fatal car crash, IPCC investigation finds
Sep 23, 2014
A Greater Manchester Police (GMP) officer who pursued a car before it crashed killing two men was not to blame for the collision, an Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) investigation found.
The Pc pursued a Volkswagen Polo being driven by Jack Christian in Bury, Greater Manchester, during the early hours of 2 December 2012 and did not act outside his lawful duties. Mr Christian and his passenger Lee Perris both died after a pursuit that lasted 47 seconds.
The police officer, who was driving alone in a marked police car, told the IPCC his attention was drawn to the VW Polo because its windscreen was completely frosted over as if its internal heating had not been working.
The officer, who was trained to carry out police pursuits, activated his car’s sirens and blue lights but Mr Christian did not stop. Eyewitnesses told the IPCC they saw the VW Polo being driven in a dangerous manner at speeds of up to 70mph in residential streets with a 30mph limit. They also described the roads as being icy and driving conditions as hazardous. Analysis of data showed the police car reached a maximum of 57 miles per hour during the pursuit.
Mr Perris and Mr Christian died from multiple injuries when the car left the road and collided with a tree. Efforts were made by police to secure urgent medical attention but the men’s injuries proved too serious.
Questions, how fast were they doing at HOW LONG shows the incident didn’t happen in what they said at “Lasted 47 Seconds” it takes longer than 47 seconds to getA car up to the speed of “dangerous manner at speeds of up to 70mph in residential streets with a 30mph limit.”So it was longer,So why Lie About how long police pursued the innocent PUBLIC in cars,IPCC Never get Involved in Any investigations they usually aske the Same Force to do the full investigations into there OWN OFFICERS,IPCC is supposed to be independent of the police, this is an unusual occurrence,A Publicity Stunt,on the side of the Police who Are Clearly at fault,Pursuing a Vehicle in itself is Counter part Cause of How a vehicle and its occupants are now Dead, nobody Else is Chasing them
Smell of Roses.
IPCC Commissioner James Dipple-Johnstone said: “The deaths of these two young men will have had a devastating effect on their families and friends and I offer my sincerest condolences to them.”A Simple Apology is just Not good enough but they will get away with Crimes as police officers Getting Quoted By LAWS they Clearly didn’t undertake”
“Our investigation examined all of the actions of the officer who pursued the car driven by Mr Christian and concluded that there was no evidence that he acted outside his lawful duties.”Look Who’s saying it,Protectors of Criminal Officers” There was a justifiable rationale for the pursuit “instead of just Pursue until dead, Layback and waiting for them to run out of Petrol” and it cannot be said that there were any failings on the part of the officer or Greater Manchester Police.”As With the Rest of the Criminalities that Goes on Without a Real investigation”
An inquest that ended on”From 2 december 2012 to 7 August 2014 after TWO YEARS they decided they were Drunk and or on Drugs but Not at the Time of the incident recorded that Mr Christian died as a result of a road traffic collision contributed to by his driving being impaired through alcohol and drugs and that Mr Perris died as a result of an accident.
“Alchohol + Drugs. Wasn’t mentioned in Publicity Heading of this Case”ie. Drink Driver Dies”
The IPCC investigation concluded in June 2013 and is published today following the conclusion of the inquest process.
A copy of the IPCC investigation report has been published on the IPCC website.
